He has served on the board of the South Asian Festival, an annual event that celebrates cultural diversity in the nation's capital, and continues to contribute to its success. As an alumnus of Algonquin College, Lovejot is also deeply committed to supporting local students, and he organizes a help group for students in Ottawa, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Outside of his professional life, Lovejot is a passionate photographer who loves capturing the beauty of nature.
